I got this in a bunch of parts I bought and I have no use for it. I'd really rather not ship it I'm looking for somebody in New Jersey close enough to stop by and grab it. Let me know, thanks.

I edited the original post so that it showed the foam like material that was included in the package. There is no other material, the grayish colored stuff looks to me like backer material. And the bows are I believe used.
