2023 Chevrolet/Navistar Class 7 trucks? Yes Please
So is the general getting back into the big tuck business? For Chevrolet signs are pointing to yes! Now if they could just get GMC back into it and have Navistar help them get on their feet with the Class 7, 8 and, larger trucks then go solo within a few years that'd be freakin awesome but I know it's just wishful dreaming but they NEED to put a manual tranny in these class 7 Chevy's http://gmauthority.com/blog/2018/11/...class-7-truck/

Totally agree.
I would rebuild an older truck before I would buy a new one without a Manual Trans.

Seems ass backwards for GM to offer bigger Chevys than GMCs. It think it makes GM look stupid. Like they don't even know they own a truck company.

But gmcs are professional grade, lol. A friend of mine who has worked on everything, body and mechanical, told me that after 1999 the sierras lasted longer than the silverados, his best guess was that they put a couple more bolts in them, lol. GMC is definitely a truck but the masses want a truck that feels like a car so that's what happened to manual transmissions, oh and mellinals.

I Know what you mean my best friend is getting into selling trailers and is a diehard GM guy and is looking at a new Ram 4500 or 5500 because they offer a manual transmission

May be if Chevy realizes that they are losing business, they will finally offer one again. We need them back even in the 1/2 Ton Pick-ups.
