NM WTB .. GMC hood letters. 68 only

Needing gmc hood letters 1968 only.!!! Mostly the M. Part #3929363 is on the back. Believe only the M is different. Let me know what you have. Picture attached of what I need. Thanks.

Were they not used in 67 or different? I probably have a set, what are they worth.

GMC was on the grill in 67 as far as I know. The slant hood on our truck is 68. Letters are on hood. The M has studs almost straight across. The other years kinda have them staggered one stud at top other on bottom of the M. Am looking for an extra set to send to chroming shop for my son for Christmas to be a surprise for him. His truck is already painted so cant change out where the letters mount at this stage of the game. Be reasonable on price. Or if really nice? I got this one from someone on board. But think it is too pitted for chroming. Yes will take whole set. Let me know. Thank you.

Will have to check the parts stash but pretty sure I have the letter " M " which is '68 only. One year only, 69-72 the letters changed with the slope of the hood and 67 was GMC in the grill. Will look and get back to you.

The m is not very pitted at all. Is $38 shipped sound ok?

Pics of the single letter M I have. VERY small amount of issues to the face. NO pitting, only light hair lines. Black paint is needed, both straight across studs intact. $15 plus $3.00 shipping if interested.
