A semi floater uses c-clips inside the carrier to hold the axles in.A full floater bolts to the hub on the outside. The hub has 2 bearings and the splined end rides in the carrier of coarse-hints full floater. On a full floater you can pull the axles out without taking the wheels off.I would say yours is a full floater, probably a dana 70 or 80.
