i thought they were chrome. did they mke them for painted bumpers is that the deal/

If you mount them in the correct postion on the front bumper they will be right ontop of the parking lights. But some mount them where the frame bolts are.

that realy depends on where you are, here it isn't to bad because we have alot of places doing chrome so it is competetive.
