cab swap question

I have a 76 chevy frame c10 and i have an 85 cab now just because im old ( and the mind is the first thing that goes ) I just want to clarify that i use the body mounts for the newer cab when installing the new cab
Also on the parts frame i have the tabs that the front cab mounts mount to those are interchangable for all years between 73-87 and i just cut them off and use grade eight bolts and lockwashers and nuts to put these on my exiting frame right?
TIA

For the body bushings you need to match bushings to the frame.

As for the frame tabs, I am assuming you mean the same ones the cab bushings go to, correct? If you get it off the newer frame, the same rule above applies.
