eaton ho52 no spin question

hello, i bought an eaton no spin witohut really understanding differentials
turns out the unit is missing the outermost gears
i'm wondering if the seller did not include these gears because the side gears are universal for all differentials in the eaton
The pictures with the spring exposed is the unit I have
the compressed unit shows the parts (covers the springs) that I am missing

The pins sticking out will also determine what it fits by the diameter of the pin and width of them. Did he say what it fit? There should be numbers on it somewhere

Looks like you are missing the spring retainers not the side gears. Looks like the side gear is in without the spring retainer.

Are you sure the spring retainer is not there in the box somewhere in the packing? You can't box it without a clamp or it launches apart.... right? So maybe boxed with the springs out.

Thanks everyone, good news is I am not very smart and the parts were just arranged in the wrong order

The locker was in storage a short distance from my house so I was basing my assumptions off of pictures and I began to panic a little.
