I am pretty sure it is custom but Rick's pickup parts offers a bumper with foglights built in

They are farther to the outside (inthe spot where a 71-72 signal lights are)----I think that one was custom

That light and bumper combo with a cowl induction hood would make these trucks look intiminating

Yes that is my little blue blazer...His name is Rick, out of Tacoma, WA. I will dig around and see if I can find his #. He built the bumper and also machines a lot of custom pieces for our trucks.
