Can the crossmember be IDed by these holes in the front rail?

I believe in some of the '73+ C30's there were braces that ran from those holes to the front area of the frame. I do not know the details. I'm not so sure that the same crossmember wasn't used for the C10, 20 and 30's. I can see from that pic that what you have is a '73-'87 C10 front suspension.

That's what I thought (rubber bushed). And it's 5 lug. The ps box has a funky welded pitman arm too. The box is mounted with stacked washers for spacers as well. I think one of your plates might be in order. |

That looks like someone used a K series steering box. Rather than get the correct C series steering box, they cut and welded the original pitman arm to it. The things some people do.....smh.
