Welcome from another newbie, very cool truck! Amazing how that desert air fights car cancer, looks to be in great shape. Guessing from the star on the front it was a Generals truck too.

That also makes perfect sense. I'm far more used to seeing old blue Air Force Dodges here in Colorado, nice to learn what to look for!
