14 bolt swap pinion angle ?
I'm trying to get all the cutting/welding/etc done before I send the frame and rear end to be blasted, I have a block I can set in to go off of but I don't have a transmission yet. Is there anyway I can get the pinion angle set so I can weld the new saddle brackets on the axle tubes.

Re: 14 bolt swap pinion angle ?
When i did the semi float swap in my Jimmy, I built a jig to locate the spring and shock mounts. I used a protactor style angle finder to set the pinion angle same as the stock axle housing relative to the spring mounts.
Level the mounts and measure angle. Set angle on new housing to match then weld on perches level.
