WTB NOS body bushings

I am looking for NOS for my 68' 2wd panel truck.

I have all of the rear rectangular bushings as well as the radiator support bushings in NOS. I NEED the two complete bushings that are round at the front support position under the driver and Pass feet.

thanks
Richard

Re: WTB NOS body bushings

If you want some nice repro ones I think Wes, Classic Heartbeat, carries these. His rubber stuff is outstanding. Worth shooting him a PM or a call.

Re: WTB NOS body bushings

Richard,

Especially for critical rubber parts I personally recommend you use the best aftermarket parts that you find, and not use NOS. Over long periods of time rubber loses moisture, it dries out. This obviously varies by climate and each specific situation.
I am speaking as a mechanical engineering who worked for vehicle companies including John Deere. I did technical procurement including the rubber parts.

For my Jimmy I am HUGE on using the original OEM parts. I have purchased over 40 parts on the Forum in the last few months. Except for rubber parts. Plus another 40 plus original OEM on eBay.
I realize there will be some Forum members who will vehemently disagree with me. If members purchase and use original OEM parts that is their right.
Just recommend they understand the technical side and risk.

Terry
