Custom gas tank filler neck cover
Since I moved my gas tank filler/cap to rear fender because gas tank not behind seat anymore and my paint is decent I didn’t want to weld in metal plug but now have the problem of the big hole there I came up with this cover for it. Found a plastic hub cap with chevy logo at salvage yard, cut it down to size I needed, epoxied two bolts on back, painted it color of truck and put some self adhesive brushed vinyl on logo. I think it turned pretty good n I didn’t have to repaint/ match that part of truck.

Re: Custom gas tank filler neck cover
Pretty slick.
I've known two different guys who moved the seat tank on a truck and left part of the filler neck on it only to have someone (in one case his son in law) run gas into the cab when they borrowed the truck.
