One of my most useful tools.
I know to the majority of people on this board already know this but for the new guys just starting out with their first 67-72, the LMC parts catalog is a very useful resource. Beside the obvious parts they offer, it has a lot of exploded view diagrams that show you locations of all the parts and how they fit together, locations of bolts & screws and little weird parts and how many of those bolts and screws you’ll need. I am in no way shape or form associated with LMC or necessarily suggest you buy anything from them, I simply wanted to acknowledge the value the catalog has other than just the parts themselves.

I have both the LMC and the Classic Industries catalogs. I use both but go to the Classic Industries first. I like to order from Classic Muscle because they are a local company.

Even the factory manuals' drawings aren't always as good as the ones in the LMC catalog.

Just be aware that there are errors in LMC's exploded views. If you try to put some of the assemblies together the way they have them pictured it won't work.... LockDoc

Did they stop selling sports car parts? That's how they got started until they smelled the money coming from the increasing interest in trucks. As far as I know they are still the parts corporation that wears many hats. They have catalogs for other brand trucks, too. I agree their exploded views are helpful for learning just what parts are involved, to make you familiar with when stepping into the unknown. I wouldn't consider it the best assembly manual, though.

I have three catalogs that I use, but I have one vendor that I use, mainly because I can go into the showroom for critical pieces, and also how well the staff treats me.��
