Mechanic needed

Have a engine built an dyno tested put it
In now it has a noise in just seeing anyone near Jefferson ga could help.my hair is getting thin

Define the noise....

Metallic knock?
Exhaust leak?
Engine speed dependent?
Louder when cold?
Grinding metal to metal?

Try uploading video via a computer. Are you using voice to text? your posts are really broken and jumbled up. Take it back to the shop that rebuilt it for you. That's where I would start.

Do you have a Stethoscope to locate (Narrow Down) the area of the Problem?

If you don't they can be purchased at your local auto parts stores.
