That door looks to be in decent shape, those are hard to find as we all know. That’s an especially good find with the lock parts intact. Nice score!

That seems to be the case with a lot of them. My door is solid as a rock but underneath is pretty well shot too. I’ve seen people modify outer rocker panels to make the patch and it comes out really nice when done right. I found a donor panel for mine though.
