71 C10 choke

Edelbrock 600 series electronic choke is hooked up on my 350 sb, but i can't get the high idle in the cold mornings. It'll stay on after after a couple of good pumps but on low idle. When i bought the truck i didn't even know it had a electric choke. I have the vaccum hose hooked up started from the beginning with the fuel mixture and idle screw and rotated the choke according to advise for carburetor. I know i must be close because i would have to sit there with my foot on the pedal. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

There is an adjustment for the high idle set. Drivers side of carb I believe.
