Ball Joints
I just replaced the ball joints in my truck and the repair manual says to torque the top ones to 50 ft. pounds but it doesn't say anything about the bottoms and i want to know if i should just torque them to 50 or am i missing something in the book?

I think you'd be safe at 50

usually run them on till there tight and then turn the nut until you can put the cotter pin in
