1971 Wheel cover/hubcap
I’m wanting to change the rims on my 71 from the Buick rally’s to a more origins look. I first thought of a set of rally’s since rove got a couple sets or an original hubcap that the factory would’ve put on. But my SPID sheet doesn’t show an rpo for whee covers or hubcaps so would it have came with no hub caps or wheel covers? Or am I missing something...help me out

A CST/Cheyenne would have come with chrome PO3 hub caps standard, so "normally" it would not appear on the SPID - only the optional PO1 full wheel cover would. I say "normally" because I've seen a few Cheyenne SPIDs with the PO3 included on the list, but those are exceptions to the rule. Yours would have come with PO3 hub caps and would have looked like this:
