Temp gauge / Temp light ???
It was asked by a customer recently, "why do I have a temp gauge and a temp light?
Very simple answer is warning light clusters and full gauge clusters use the same fuel gauge. If you have a full gauge cluster, you should never see the temp light illuminate. That wire is not used in the connector. I hope this helps with the mystery to those of you who were mystified Take care, Tom

Re: Temp gauge / Temp light ???
Yep makes sence. Gm was cheap and lazy. You can wire up the light to work and have both.
