Help! Complete List 4/5 Static Drop

Hey all...I'm looking to do at least a 4/5 static drop on my 68 and need to know who you recommend getting the components from and a complete list of what I need. I also want to convert to 5 lug disc brakes. I've looked at several suppliers but I'm completely confused. I've heard great things about CPP but imo their web site is not very good. I can't seem to see what their kits include. Any help would be most appreciated.

Summit has complete CPP kits with drop spindles, springs and 5-lug disc brakes for the front and separate kits with drop springs/c-notch and 5 lug conversion for the rear.
