I think the center left is an exhaust manifold bracket for small block alternator.

This bracket is on my I6 250 attached to the bottom of the block, left/drivers side for the alternator. Not sure if that helps.

Could it be that the power steering bracket and funky pulley are from an aftermarket a/c setup?

I do not know a lot of 6cyl stuff, but it does not look v8 at all

I’ll let you know what happens. He’s got an odd pump with it...I’m working on it but really want 292 stuff so I’ll let you know.
