Replacing ****ting Meg ride shocks on a 16 Sub

Mine have had trouble since I got it leaking oil etc and it rides like a tank.
I was told to change them out with a swap replace kit that takes off the sensors and uses regular shocks. Is this common what have you others done? Mine is a 4x4 Suburban 2016 with 80k. Thanks PG

The more I hear about those shocks, the less and less I want a newer style vehicle. I have not heard of any one myself doing what you want, but I am sure it exists. Just wonder how huch is different between the two shock mount setups.
