What parts to grab from a square body?
I've found an 82 for parts. I will decide on just grabbing a few things, or, the complete truck. I'm sure there are things that I haven't considered (or forgotten).... what else should I take to use on my 65?
- power steering box and lines - front sway bar - spare tire mount (I just donated mine to the 68 we're finishing at the school shop) I'm open to ideas. I'd actually prefer to take the complete truck so I can bring it to the shop to work on instead of lying in a field. Price dependent, of course. Last edited by LockDoc; 03-04-2020 at 03:32 PM. |

I'd probably take the complete truck so I could bring it to my shop and work on it instead of lying in a field. Then I could part out what I don't use.

Steering shaft, complete front suspension, everything off the front of the engine, all the brake stuff including the lines, rear end if its a 12 bolt and anything else you see that you can use. The part the rest and pay for the truck.
