hi, interested in this. a couple of questions, does this kit include fitting(s) to connect to the factory GM steel fuel and return lines from the rail at the top end?

The LS swap kits include the needed adapters for the fuel rails. You may need some adapters at the tank/sending unit side depending on what you have installed there
