Personally I don't think anyone does, they all require some work.

Rust free originals exist. Not so much doors but you can find fenders. Better to fix dents than tweak reproductions. If you are paying shop rates even 5 hours labor can blow up the cost of an aftermarket part trying to make it fit.

I have used evaporust on quite a few things and it seems to do a nice job.
