1968 C50 tie rod ends

Hi,

Are new tie rod ends still readily available? I am able to find them through autozone "rare" parts but they are between $70-$90. And I'm not sure if they are exactly what I need. Maybe it would be better to take my tie rod end off and take it in.

I'm not sure if it matters but I have 8000 lb front springs and ram-assisted power steering.

Re: 1968 C50 tie rod ends

Found some NOS on ebay I might snag, this rare parts catalog list all the tie rods for our trucks.

http://www.showmetheparts.com/rareparts/

All 5000lb axles 1965-74 are the same part numbers, springs and ram assist doesn't make a difference from what I can find in the big book.
