Smile Bucket Seats

Wondering if any one has installed GMC Envoy SLT bucket seats in their truck. I have an opportunity to get a perfect set but not being able to get any measurements I was curious as to their fitment. I've only seen pictures of them as they are in storage. Have a good one eh! Stay safe.

I don't know how to post pictures. I live in my own private world of long long ago even before TV.

Re: Bucket Seats

That wouldn't be my cup of tea. Think how those would look like looking in through the back glass.

There is a difference in design of material but the shape and size look to be very close.

I have curtains so that I can stop the sun from cooking my neck hairs. The big back window contributes to, I think, the hot cabs in the summer. My 38 has very small windows in comparison to today and with a sun visor is one of the coolest cars I've been in without AC. I can't be out back looking and up front driving so they would work for me I think. Stay safe.

The inside track is quite a bit shorter than the outside rail as the floor in the Envoy is not flat as our trucks are. I've passed on these seats and will start looking again. Good time to do it being locked down with self isolation. Stay safe eh, your presence in needed on the road.
