Is the collar for a nontilt column same as on tilt column
I just bought a auto van tilt column that I will use in my 69 with a 4 on the floor. A boardmember has the pictured collar with no place for column shifter that is used in floor shift trucks.
I need to know whether it will work on a tilt column. Does anyone know if the collar from a non tilt column will work on a tilt column?

Thanks. Wish it would have worked, that would have saved some grinding and filling on the existing collar.
