WIW - 1972 Cheyenne Short Box What's it worth?

Looking into the value of this vehicle. Any help or insight to what it might be worth would really be appreciated. Thank you. It's not mine, I am being offered it in a trade deal for something I have for sale.

It would be 27 -32k around here based on what I am seeing. For trade I would say Greg is pretty close.

You'd be safe at $25k....Look at it this way, in like condition it ain't going down any in the near future.

And it was originally solid black... solid black swb Cheyenne with nice options... outright, $20-25K. Trade value a little less maybe, maybe not.

Depends on where you live. I bought my 72 in Washington state half the price of a nice one here

Southern California

I see on SPID that it's an original CA truck too, that's kinda cool.

Happy to support, I’ll check out the info and contribute. Thanks for pointing that out.

Also, much thanks to all the rest of you that commented and shared your wisdom. Ultimately in this deal the value of the truck appears to be in line with his asking. I don’t think he and I agree on value in what I am selling.
