Does the 69 c10 have the same pattern as the 85 silverado?

No. 69 is 6 lug. 71 and up are 5 lug.

No!
69 is 6 bolt.
85 is 5 bolt.

Unless something was changed or the 85 is a 4wd.

6 bolt is 6 x 5.5
5 bolt is 5 x 5

Is your truck stock 6 bolt pattern or has it been converted to 5 bolt in the past ?

85 Silverado k10 will have the same 6 bolt pattern

To be 100% sure what your nice new truck has for a bolt pattern you should measure it. It is possible that it has a 5 on 4 3/4" or 5 on 4 1/2". Not likely but there is a truck or two on the board that have odd bolt patterns. Even more have different patterns on the front and rear.
Did I mention it's a nice looking truck?
