1967 drum brake part numbers source recommendations...
Howdy everybody!
After I posted this thread I decided to replace the brake wheel cylinders all around also...I’ve spent about 30 minutes on the internet and I’m apparently getting too old (or too tipsy) to figure out what I need...does anyone have recommendations regarding part numbers and reputable sources for the front and rear brake wheel cylinders for a 1967 GMC with drum brakes all around? Thanks in advance!

You didn't say 1/2 or 3/4 ton, but there are lots of choices at Rock Auto.

Got a '69 C10 with drums all around and I'm not particular when it comes to brake parts, as long as they work like they're supposed to.
Strolled into O'Riley's and got the hoses, wheel cylinders, rebuilt master cylinder, shoes, all that stuff. The master cylinder was like $66 new with a lifetime guarantee, or $26 rebuilt with a lifetime guarantee. Rebuilt was fine for me and the truck stops just fine when I come to a stop light. I just wish I would have got some new brake springs at the same time, they might be $5 or so a wheel but the old ones still work so I'll do that next time.
