Jumping Ship

Well I'm selling my 68 short fleet and have moved up to the square body group. I'll miss the ole girl but am excited to have found a nice 77 Silverado short fleet. I'll have many questions as I go along sorting things out and I'm sure I'm in good hands here. A couple pics to show what I've got to work with.

Re: Jumping Ship

Thanks all. First question. I was told that the ochre color in the side trim was a 77 year only thing. True or false?

Re: Jumping Ship

I believe the Ochre trim was first used on the 1975 GMC Gentleman Jim Pickups.

True. ‘77 only for ochre (yellow) side trim.

Nice truck also!
