Pitman arm part number

1986 c10 2wd with power steering, short bed, looking at changing steering gear to a redhead,I figure I might as well change pitman arm while I'm at it, pitman arm on truck has a part number of gm t 6272424 everything on line says that is for manual steering, truck has power steering is it possible someone put the wrong one on, I mean would it still fit even though it's for manual steering just trying to make sure I get the proper one
