Looks identical to 67-69 Ford Galaxies. I have a couple around someplace. I'll try to take a picture this weekend or sooner. The good news, they made millions of them. In 1970 they changed the design. Other GM vehicles should have the same cover too.

Is that what an orighinal 1972 shoulder harness looks like? I knew that they exhisted, but ive never seen one. interesting.
