Full Interior Swap?

As I been dreaming of finishing my 70 Shortbed for years, as life took over, house projects and then kids came along and stopped my project dead in its tracks for 2+years. As we are shopping for a new kid hauler, and the sticker shock for a new, or couple year old Tahoe I thought it might be the perfect time to bring up an idea to the wife.
I found a pretty nice 72 Burban for $18k

The goal would be to find a solid body with good paint 60-72 burban, running & driving (possibly LS swap done) and a donor 2015+ Tahoe/Suburban to swap all three rows, and console, add a digital cluster, double din with backup camera, power everything, ultimately be everything a newer vehicle has with an old body.

Kids may be in college before its completed.
Not to discourage you just, in my experience, life gets you and doesn't let go till the children are gone.
