Silverado seat
I've got a Silverado seat from the mid 90s to put into my 53 3100, like two buckets with a center console, and it needs new covering. Anyone have this set in their truck? Looking for different designs of coverings. I would post a pic but can't somehow.

Re: Silverado seat
The design/ pattern of stitching and material have to fit the total build plan and jive with the rest of the build.
One think I'd watch is the thickness of the padding at the top of the back side of the seat's lean backs. Somewhere along there they started putting a lot of padding on the backs of seats that were in extended or crew cabs and that padding eats up leg room in an AD or TF truck.

Re: Silverado seat
I tried the Silverado seats with the built in shoulder belt (from 2004 I think) and that seat was just too big for an AD truck.

Re: Silverado seat
I somewhat agree, it kinda depends on how big you are too. I had them in mine & loved the built in shoulder straps & power. But I'm 6'5" & with the seat slid back as far as it could go, the seating position was just too uncomfortable for me. I had to tilt the back of seat slightly forward for leg room. A smaller framed person may have better luck.

Re: Silverado seat
If you're talking about 88-94 buckets they're a good fit.
