Window sweeps sit too low in door
I’ve done a search and found guys on the 60-66 side have had the same issue. My inner door “fuzzy” sits just about perfect. The outer door window sweeps sit too low. The rubber does not sit on the door top ledge on the outside. It sits down inside the door. What is the fix or solution? These are precision brand purchased 5 years ago. I was thinking of cutting the clips off and applying 3m double sided tape to them. I also found a company making glue on outers. https://www.fatfendergarage.com/prod...ndow-seal-kit/

Re: Window sweeps sit too low in door
I have precision, about 10 years old now. The chrome edge sits about level with the top door edge, the rubber sits below. Does make good contact with window when rolling up. There is no space or rubber visible between the chrome edge and the door.

Re: Window sweeps sit too low in door
Thank you for the reply. Seems like a silly design as it creates a channel for water to sit in and eventually go into the door. All other window sweeps sit on top of the door so the water funnels away.
