Check out my wife's box!

Heater box that is. Finished it today, used Sherwin Williams enamel after spending a week smoothing it out.

They're fiberglass, all you need is alot of patience, a case of beer, 100 grit sand paper, 320 grit, and 10 coats of primer. (so you can sand, and prime, and sand, and prime, and get drunk.
