Frame Rivets
Hello All, Any one have a good source for the factory frame buck rivets that GM used when putting together the frames on our trucks? Thanks in advance.

Re: Frame Rivets
Many people use 7/16" Grade 8 bolts to replace.

That led me to these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sn1m1egXY5I https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p56W3-FSivs I think the rivets are way better than bolts since frame flex will most likely loosen the bolts... |

Re: Frame Rivets
Thanks all, for the info. Interesting to see how the rivets were set. Now I just have to figure out what length rivets to use. Looks like I need to replace a rear leaf spring hanger on my K-10.
