Can a split seat from 02 Ram be retrofitted.
I just ran across this 02 Ram seat for sale. Obviously noticed the similarities to the buddy buckets for the C10. Has anyone attempted to retrofit the Ram seats into the C10?
Attached a picture of the seats for sale. Rick |

No reason why not, I have noticed that the jump seat is similar, but never realized that if you remove the headrest that the seats look pretty similar, too.
Your seat options are only limited by your fabrication skills, it is always the bracketry that makes or breaks it.

I agree it does look vey similar to Chevy buddy seat. Time to break out the tape measure and check the width of the seats as an assembly, height of the seat brackets, etc. If that looks good the only thing would be mounting points for the seats themselves which you would have to fabricate brackets.

Check out this thread. I would think it would be similar to your situation.
