'71 disc brakes to '65 swap?

Just wondering if taking the disc brakes from a 1971 C20 2-wheel drive and putting them on a 1965 C20 2-wheel drive has been done by anyone out there? Easy, hard, or not worth the effort?

Thanks.

Thumbs up

Simple process thats the same as doing a 1/2ton, best route is unbolt entire crossmember with all brake & steering parts still attached, then get a disc/drum master cylinder with prop valve.
You will need to bend & run new line from the prop valve to run to crossmember that then goes to both front wheels.
