This was so easy I figured I would share it
Pretty much all you need is a pc of 3/8" threaded rod, a couple of washers, nuts and a pc of wood.
Add 2 nuts and a strong washer (or 2 thinner ones) to the end so they stick out enough to catch bearing
So the trick here to make this work is insert rod to catch the back lip of the bearing, the critical part is wedge a pc of wood in the spindle and tap it down with a hammer to hold the rod against spindle wall nice and snug. A couple of taps on the rod with a hammer and the bearing falls right out
