Original 68 rear axle shocks
Am I correct in thinking these can be rebuilt? Or at least desirable?
Thanks

Re: Original 68 rear axle shocks
I think they are worth saving, I had to make some up as couldn’t find any, mine didn’t come with rear shocks originally

Re: Original 68 rear axle shocks
I would definitely hold on to them, but in my case I'd hang them on the wall. I want to drive all of my trucks and everything else being equal, I think the shocks are the things that make the most difference in ride quality. I'm not sure about in the 67-72 years, but I believe in the years of the square bodies, the OEM name for them was Pleasurizer. I think somebody got a kick out of their cleverness with that one.
