I believe the later GM replacement panels started using plastic letters. Not sure what year. I have one of each in same GM packaging like your picture. I don't feel it should affect pricing.

I think from early to mid 80s they was plastic letters and before and after that they was metal letters I have 2 with metal letters and one with plastic letters

There was three styles The most sought after style was the chrome metal letters and the next style with a plastic chrome letters and then the last style was the plastic letters painted like the one in the ad but NOS are still the only way to go.

Very nice piece. Another NOS one was listed on the bay recently. I’d like to have one just to hang up somewhere as my truck doesn’t take one. It bid up to $405 which looks to be a deal.

Yes, it would be correct for all blazers with the Z84 RPO (CST or Cheyenne option).
