Nos blue 67/68 fender emblem. I believe this to be 67/68 stepvan. Part number 3956974. With nos speed nuts.

I think you are right on the StepVan. I have a N.O.S. pair that were gold, not yellow, I figured were from the '80s. I believe this one would be 69-72. Simple enough to paint red for the pickup

Yes it is a stepvan emblem. I have a NOS one somewhere that I bought years ago.
