Upper fender body trim fastener

Can anyone tell me how it is they got to the rear anchor on the upper trim passenger fender. Everything seems straightforward except for the rear Fasner. How do you get to it to tighten down the trim?

Re: Upper fender body trim fastener

I had to go thru the taillight/backup light area. Pulled both out and was able to get a wrench in to replace my clip. Not sure if that is the way all folks do it, but it worked for me.
