Red Backup

I have seen 2 trucks, in mags, with red lenses in the back up lights. Is someone producing these or did they just paint them? Would like to have a set.

I guess you could hide some backups somewhere else on the back. Might look pretty good for a mild custom look. I'd like to see those be turn signals or extra brake lights
