Re: Favorite Garage/shop tools poll
My number one "tool" or at least I call it a tool is my forklift. Nothing to big or to small to handle In shop from packing up totes and placing on the top shelf of pallet rack to keep things organzised to unloading parts, raising a project off ground for steam cleaning or handing oversize parts or complete vehicles. Best money spent hands down in the shop.

Re: Favorite Garage/shop tools poll
My most used tools would be:
My Matco 3/8" flex head ratchet. I can't believe I waited 30 years to get one. https://www.matcotools.com/catalog/p...-FLEX-RATCHET/ NEBO worklight. Best flashlight ever! Bought my first one in 2016 it's been dropped from 6 foot up on to concrete dozens of times still works great. I did manage to step on it and break the magnetic stand off of it. I now own 3 of them and have given several as gifts. https://www.amazon.com/NEBO-NEBO-630...972731527&th=1 Plastic dial calipers. They live on the work bench and get drug under the truck, out to the wood shop, to the parts store, over to the lathe or mill. Everyday accuracy, but not for use on hot steel. They have a tendency to melt. https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/03883915

Re: Favorite Garage/shop tools poll
I think my vice is my favorite tool. It makes so much possible. It has saved my butt and also gets used for the most interesting stuff. Clamps off all sorts are way up there, too. Can't have too many

Re: Favorite Garage/shop tools poll
I think the biggest thing that I use a lot would just be my cordless screwdriver. Nothing fancy but I use it all the time. I'm on my third one.

Re: Favorite Garage/shop tools poll
My 4'x 10' steel top table on wheels sees the most action along with the 10' sheet metal shear and brake. Air compressor and air tools follow.
