CA WTB - Firewall Grommet with Three Holes for Oil, Vac & Choke

I'm looking for an original firewall grommet with one larger hole for a choke cable, and two smaller holes for an oil pressure line and a vacuum gauge hose.

The photos below only have two holes. I'd be interested in one like that if no one has the three-hole style.
